    Blueberry Nice Cream

    The easiest two-ingredient dessert, perfect for when you’re craving something cold and sweet. Tastes just like a creamy sorbet. Topping options: frozen berries, nut butter, cacoa nibs, chopped nuts, etc. Vegan, gluten-free, refined-sugar-free.

     2 frozen bananas
     ½ to ¾ cup frozen blueberries

    Blend frozen bananas and blueberries in a food processor until the mixture forms a thick, creamy consistency. (If using a blender, you will need to add in a splash of almond milk or water.)

    Serve immediately, topped with more fresh or frozen fruits.
